Evangelist Glorious Adeneye: Exploring issues relating to 'matters of the heart', especially from a biblical point of view. The heart is a delicate part of the body and needs to be carefully guarded. Studies have shown that if we misuse the heart, it can lead to various kinds of illnesses, diseases, and even death. The Bible, in Proverbs 24:3, says, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (NIV) In these days of numerous sources of information, we can be caught up in issues that we have no business dealing with. How can we manage the flow of information so that we can be 'toxic-free'? The answer depends on us, and the choices we make daily with the information we gather.
